A Sunday slow and relaxing class is a perfect way to prepare for the busy week ahead.
This is an all-level very gentle yoga class designed for every "body". During this class we will practice gentle yoga poses, focusing on the breath as we stretch, connect and release. The entire class will be practiced on the floor focusing on gentle floor asanas, we will also be working with mantras and mudras.
An all-level yoga class that starts slow, with a gradual progression into a combination of Surya Namaskar A & B (Sun Salutations) to increase the heart rate We will then transition into heart rate lowering poses before letting it all go, into a well-deserved Shavasana.
We conclude with a delicious aromatherapy spray and sound healing during rest and as a beautiful gift for your effort, each person will receive Reiki healing during rest.
Beginner-friendly Vinyasa flow to move out of the head and into the heart. All levels are welcome! Warming up with gentle poses and guided pranayama to find our center and to slow the mind. Flowing through warrior sequences, building heat, and increasing the heart rate. Then we begin to cool down to prepare for savasana where each person will receive a mini vibrational frequency tuning session. A healing modality that tunes one to the frequency of love.
Although this is a gentle class it is truly geared toward all levels of yoga practice. We will focus on stress relief and creating positive energy for the day ahead.
Each class concludes with approximately 15 mins of sound bath meditation and a delicious aromatherapy spray, during rest. Sound Bath meditation is a practice using a combination of high vibrational "instruments" such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks.
Restorative yoga is a restful, comfortable, and still style of yoga. It involves a series of relaxing passive poses using props to support the body. Restorative yoga allows the body to heal from injury and is perfect for a (re)start of one’s practice after surgery. This is a great practice during pregnancy. It also is a great practice for stress/tension relief and rejuvenation. Using provided props such as blankets bolsters and blocks to create the poses in a comfortable manner allows one to relax and rejuvenate. This is a yoga practice without doing the work while receiving the benefits.
This class is for all-Level yogis. In this class we will flow through asana (poses) while connecting with our breath, creating a meditative practice. Followed by a visual guided meditation, you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the day ahead.

A style of yoga in which poses are performed while seated and/or standing using the aide of a chair. Designed to improve flexibility, strength and reduce joint pain, this class is all-inclusive and accessible to everyone regardless of age, physical ability, or limited mobility.

This class offers a combination of standing, sitting, and lying poses. The gentle poses are held for a couple of moments using our own strength and the assistance of yoga props. Open to all levels who are comfortable sitting on a mat.
A blend of effort and ease that will lead through grounding, strengthening, and mindful movements to bring awareness to breath and body. Poses are held longer and focus is put on the deepened breath in this mindful, moving meditation. Open to all levels.
Bringing in a little fun with a different twist to our yoga poses! This fun way of practice is done with two people supporting each other in our asanas, it builds trust, and communication and enhances posture. Working with a partner provides balance while maintaining proper alignment. Practicing with a partner also accelerates stretching without any pain. One partner's weight is used to deeper the other partner's pose. We will be practicing low-intensity yoga poses in this class.
Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the instructor guides the positioning and placement of props to offer the student a comfortable and effortless way to hold the position while receiving the full benefit of yoga poses. All poses are held for a few minutes. This class is for anyone who is comfortable laying on a mat.
A “Home away from home”. A place where they can have fun, learn, and quiet their busy minds. While also building confidence and physical and mental strength. Each class will incorporate breathing and meditation techniques, yoga poses, and tools to help them manage their forever evolving thoughts and feelings while reducing stress and anxiety. Each class will be fun and empowering. For ages 10/11yr - 15/16yr.
This Vinyasa flow connects directly to the breath and the inner self. Work directly with Chakras, Pranayama, and other fundamentals of yoga to invite energy to your mind and body. This is a high-energy level class that encourages you to challenge yourself.
An all-level yoga class, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Yin yoga is a slow meditative practice targeting the deep connective tissues while holding poses a little longer. Yin Yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles of Qi (Energy) that run through our bodies.
An all-level yoga class, no previous yoga or meditation experience necessary. A nice balance of yoga and meditation, with approximately 30 mins of a gentle yoga practice focusing on the breath as we stretch, connect, and release. Class concludes with approximately 15 mins of guided meditation, a delicious aromatherapy spray, and sound healing during rest.

Mala is Sanskrit meaning "garland". Traditionally Mala's are used during prayer or meditation to keep count of the number of breaths or mantras recited. A Mala bracelet can contain 18, 21, 24, or 27 beads or gemstones. Using genuine gemstones a Mala bracelet will double as a crystal healing bracelet. Using 6- or 8- mm gemstones you will string your own personalized bracelet dressing it up with spacers and charms. The workshop includes one bracelet; additional kits may be purchased separately.

Starting with the basics: We will discuss, what are crystals, where do they come from, how are they formed or made, and how to use them? Also, the difference between raw/rough & tumbled/polished crystals. You will receive your own bag of crystals that will be discussed in class. This class may be offered as a series or as a long workshop, with multiple parts. This workshop is beneficial to those who are new to crystals or have been working with them for years.
Everyone can safely use essential oils in everyday life. You will learn some of the basic ways oils can be used. How to use them safely; for children, pets, pregnancy, and health conditions. Possible interactions, contraindications, ingesting risks, and correct topical applications. Techniques for diluting, and mixing for safe uses. Different recipes that you can easily make at home. There will be hands-on make and take products during this fun and informative workshop.
Using locally grown herbs and flowers to make and take your own burnable smudge bundles. You will learn about some different traditions and rituals used for smudging plus many uses for everyday life. Smudges can be made from virtually any plant material, examples of some that may be used include: Sage, Rosemary, Lavender, Mint, Lemon Balm, Lemon Grass, Bee Balm. Each person will be given enough materials to wrap several smudges. Smudges must be allowed to fully dry before burning.
A vision board is a tool used to remain focused on what really matters. When we set goals for ourselves, sometimes we get "caught up" with life, and lose focus. Setting goals and creating a collage with all that you desire placed "in your face" with daily reminders will almost guarantee success. Materials will be provided, bring some personal pictures with you to use on your board. Although we will discuss, meditate, & journal our thoughts, it is beneficial to compile some goals beforehand.

As we go through life, we create energetic cords with people & situations. Some cords are positive with good healthy energy, while others are negative, & hold us back in life. Cords can be formed by negative thoughts or feelings from us or others. Creating an energetic shield, through intention, you can cut & remove cords using various techniques. With the assistance of our Archangels & The Angelic Soul Star Counsel, we will activate the soul star, heart & high heart chakra & clear the aura.
Have you heard people talk about the Chakra's and have no clue what they are? Maybe you have a little understanding of the Chakra's but really want to learn more? This workshop through discussions and handouts will take you through all the 7 major chakras; detailing what they are, their names and colors, where they are located, how they work, how to activate, balance, and align them. We will also do a personal assessment on your chakras to see where you are, to help balance and align them.
This workshop offers a foundation into "yoga." Learning basic info about, the history, meaning, types, language, benefits of Asana "Yoga" and having or starting a practice. As a class we will have group discussions while asking questions to discuss any topic or query that comes up. This class is a great starting point for anyone who is curious about yoga but may feel intimidated. For the regular practitioner this class can answer those questions that will help deepen your practice.
In a group setting, you will receive a private personal angel card reading. Choose your deck, call on the angels for guidance, and ask your question, then allow the cards to guide you. Each participant will have time to personally discuss the cards while getting an interpretation. Taking pictures of your cards is encouraged, also bring some paper/journal to write down your reading. As with all card readings, this is a fun and interesting session used to offer insight into various areas of life.

Mixing a combination of Himalayan Salt, Dead Sea Salt, & Epson Salt gives the body a well-deserved healthy spa treatment, when we add the Essential Oils, dried flowers & herbs we escalate the benefits to a full mind, body, & soul getaway spa treatment.
